A: I'm not familiar with that switch, but my first impression from looking at images of it online is that the spacing of the 4 holes for mounting the bracket to the switch is incorrect. It appears the holes on the switch are farther apart than the holes they need to match up to on this rack mount kit. My guess is that Magnaroute's "Cisco Linksys SFE/SGE 1U Rack Mount Kit" is likely a closer match for you. Best of luck!EDIT: In looking again at images of your switch and of the SFE2000P that the kit I suggested is supposed to work for, they may not be an exact match either...

**Q: What is the spacing of the four holes that match up to the device? I need the holes in the square pattern to be approx. 1.5cm apart.**

Works fine, only issue I had was that 2 of the smaller screws for mounting the bracket to the switch were unusable.

The rack mount screw slot is not positioned right. It actually covers the screw  holes in the rack. I can fix it myself but wish I didn't have to ;(
