RUNFast/Max 12lbs-140lbs Adjustable Weighted Vest

Regarding the RUNFast Adjustable Weighted Vest: Very pleased with this product. My main form of exercise is high intensity walking and wearing the RUNFast Adjustable Weighted Vest provides an ideal amount of extra resistance to my walking regime. It is very easy to adjust the amount of weight you are carrying using the weighted pouches that come with the vest, adding or subtracting weights as needed. I also purchased the optional shoulder pads which makes the weighted vest comfortable to wear on the shoulders. The vest itself is very solidly made and the Velcro straps to hold it in place are strong and sturdy. 5 stars!

I love this vest. I use it while I work out or when I go on walks. I like that you can adjust the weight by taking out the sand bags.

I am 63. I have not been working out continuously. When I try doing a weight workout, I can tell I am simply weak. I am using this to slowly build the amount of weight I can carry. (waiting on those grandkids to be born)!This helps because started with just the vest, no weights. I wore it for 15 minutes twice a day for a week. Then I added 1 weight (about 2 lbs) and wore it for 15 minutes twice a day for another week. The week after (this week), I added another weight (about 2 lbs). I put one in the front pocket and one in the back pocket to even it out a bit. There are 8 -2lb weights that I can add, plus the weight of the vest itself. I do believe it is working. I do feel stronger than I did the first day. I recommend this one if you want to start slow and build up. The others I looked into did not offer the ability to remove & add weights at will, so I like that this does. Although there are other vests that would be better for "runners," I could not start with the smallest amount of weight I saw on those. Sadly the smallest weight was only 20 lbs, but I know I am not there yet. I also have a condition, a disease, that I was told would slowly take away my muscles, which is why I am so weak, and why I am hoping this will help. After I get to the full weight of the jacket, I hope to start increasing the amount of time I am wearing the vest. I believe it is a good purchase. It was very well-made and sturdy. It does kind of make me feel like I am wearing a bulletproof vest.

Got this to wear on dog walks, the straps around the waist definitely help take a lot of burden off the shoulders. I got the 20lbs w the shoulder pads. I have been using it this summer, usually in a tank top, and I would not want to have this without the shoulder pads on it.You can adjust the weight really easily with the little sand bags. Has a little drink strap but works only with those teeny marathon bottles or a child's sippy bottle - which i use for my dogIt didn't feel uneven when running with it.If you're a woman with a larger chest it is gonna feel a little wonky in the front, but not unmanageable.
