If you have used them before, this one will not disappoint you!
If you have used a bidet seat before, you know how much they help. This seat not only washes the back side, it also provides a nozzle for doing forward as well. Installing it was very easy and straight forward. We took the extra step of running ours through a miniature water heater for year around comfort. The seat has the soft close feature for the lid and looks really good on the stool. We have had bidets for years and after moving back to MN, we did not want to give up such a wonderful item to very cold water, thus the heater. The seat is able to keep the nozzles clean by flushing water over them before and after you use it. In the pictures you can see everything is out of site and out of the way during use. An excellent feature as I see it! This seat had the best features for the money and we are looking at putting in another one in the near future in our other bathroom. Fortunately, this appears to be a quality product as everything looks good, fit good together and had no leaks whatsoever.

Favorite bidet
Genuinely the best bidet I've ever had. Installation was easy, it's effective, and it's easy to clean. The only thing I wish it are more pressure options because sometimes it can be a little harsh. It's definitely worth the investment, especially for the warm water bidet.

Great quality for an add-on bidet. One you go bidet, you don't go back.
Covid introduced me to the bidet and I hate toilets that don't have them. I get made fun of, but I just tell them when you go out and get your hands all muddy, do you just wipe them off with a ton of paper towels and call it good, or do you rinse them off under the sink and pat them dry with minimal waste? I know my preference and so does my tush. My first bidet wasn't a Brondell and it was just good, but looked cheap and out of place; too noticeable but did the job. Then I decided to try the Brondell and it's leaps and bounds better than the cheaper "ok" units. I liked it so much I bought another for the other bathroom. Quality of the Brondell is so much better, and it just looks better, almost like it belongs instead of some afterthought. I really appreciate the soft close lid, no more slamming in the middle of the night. This isn't a heated unit so you have to get used to that first cold splash. They say ambient temperature but let's be honest, it's cold! That may be my next upgrade, a heated unit, but so much more cost and prep is needed - maybe my next house. Install was easy, no leaks and no mess. Bidet feature is really easy to use which is essential since it sits off to the side and not very visible while you're sitting in place. Turn knob towards the front to wash up front, turn towards the rear to wash the rear. That positive click helps you locate the off position, right in the middle, without having to look. My first Bondell is as good as the day we got it and after a LOT of use. I will say my 2nd unit has recently introduced a squeak while turning the knob and that positive click is gone, I'm sure they are related and I'm guessing something with an internal rubber washer maybe? If it wasn't for that it'd be a perfect 5 star, so this recent issue knocks it down to 4. It still works great just not as easy to find the off position and I like it too much to get rid of it. I may take it apart and see if it's something simple. Even so, my next home will have these in place.

Easy to install and works great, no leaking and the lid is slow closing. Definitely the best bidet for the price, keep in mind if your original toilet water line is NOT flexible and is made of solid metal at a fixed length, you will need to buy a flexible toilet line at a hardware store or online in order to install it correctly, as the the water line for the bidet requires an additional piece to attach to the toilet which makes it longer, I ran into that issue but I bought a flexible one and everything worked awesome, 5 stars would HIGHLY recommend , now I’m not just using PAPER to “clean” after bathroom usage.

Good, but be aware for install...
Be aware that if your order the one that uses cold water only, you lose the 2nd dial, which is designed to let you change the temperature easily (and even while in use)... but losing that also means losing that dial for pressure control when using cold only. This is huge, bc of pressure changes if you flush during a longer stay. Best to buy the one with the option for both hot and cold water even if you only hook up the cold, bc turning down hot when you have no hot effectively turns down the pressure instead. Great benefit! Other than that, it works pretty well and was easy to hook up except... this T adapter didn't mesh well with the toilet tank (and this isn't my first bidet hookup... had been easy and flawless in the past, same brand & model except 1st was dual-temp)... until I tried switching out to a different type and size rubber washer to the tank. Presto, no more cross-threading and no more leaks. Do be aware that the hose to the bidet seat is only a 3/8" diameter, so if you switch to a different T adapter (which I did, to get another shutoff valve at that point), you will need an adapter. This is bc *shutoff* bidet T's (as apposed to simple T's) tend to have a larger hose interface (1/2") bc they are often used to fit diaper sprays instead of bidet seats (bigger hoses). Some shutoff bidet T's now come with a separate 1/2-to-3/8 adaptor that can be used or omitted as needed. These are a great idea and save a lot of disappointment. Wish more things were standardized in plumbing! P.s. If you find your hoses no longer come forward - grasp then with clean toilet paper with bidet on, once. Then check your pressure. We had to turn the pressure way down at the split valve (to avoid injury from the high pressure), which was then perfect ... IF you didn't flush first. Flushing reduces the pressure, so our turn-down became too far down if we flushed first. - too little pressure to activate the hoses to come out. So you have to choose between setting the overall toilet supply pressure to be either ideal for pre-flush, or ideal for post-miduse-"courtesy"-flush. I'm actually planning to try another, more expensive (and electricity-requiring) brand to see if others clean better. Our first Brondell had a very narrow stream, so didn't clean great without a tremendous amount of wiggling and associated water everywhere. This one has a slightly wider spray, but with the sensation water is streaming almost level, front to back (for both rear & female washes- never a good direction for females.

I’ve been using Bidets for a long while. I purchase my Brondell Bidet a year and half ago (Dec 22’) as a back up. My Japanese brand still works fine but the supply line at the joint had issues after many years. Took out the Brondell and replaced it. Here in Singapore we follow the British std so when I receive my Brondell bidet I got myself familiarise with the American system and went hunting for adapters/accessories to our local sanitary suppliers to look for hardware that can incorporate with the American std and when I had to replace my existing bidet to the Brondell yesterday (20 June 24’) I faced no issues. Probably will order another one as back up again. 👍🏼

Has US plumbing fittings NOT UK. Contacted seller to ask for UK kit, was sent link for Brondell and they don't have UK kit either. So you will need US to UK adapters to be able to plumb in UK.

Este aparato es una maravilla, todos los wc lo deberían traer por defaul, se ahorra mucho en papel higiénico, el papel solo se utiliza para secarse, y para las damas, es extraordinario...... Haaa y trae todo y es muy fácil de instalar.
