I measured myself, then went based on the sizing guide, as well as reviews, and they fit big. Perfect on the waist but super long (i ordered the regular). It isn't a total loss though, if they don't shrink in the wash/dry i can get them tailored. But I'm definitely ordering more! (Just smaller of course lol).
