**Q: What are the dimensions?**
A: Call it 17" x 17" . It rolls up and down like an old fashioned window shade. Works good, allows the window to fully close and open most of the way. Fasteners to the glass via two suction cups that work well.

A: Ad says 17".  we sold the car that had the shades.  We found them hard to use as when you want to roll down your window, you have to take them off.

**Q: How long does it roll? And can you roll it part way down?**
A: IT ROLLS DOWN THE LENTH OF YOUR WINDOW.YES YOU CAN ROLL IT ALL THE WAY OR JUST A LITTLE BIT THEN PUSH THE BUTTON ON THE SIDE TO MAKE IT GO UP

After a few uses, we have found the suction cups to be problematic. After a period of time (an hour or so), they can lose their suction, dropping the shade from the window. While our use is not for babies in the back seat, I can see this as a possible safety concern. With that aside, the overall function of the shade is good.
