Fit my LG washer great, no leaking

The hose plug does what it’s supposed to do.

My son lost the drain plug to our LG washer down the laundry sink drain. I researched and ordered this one hoping that it would fit. It fit and has been being used for almost a year now with no problems.

Works on my LG Washer

I ordered this along with a new pump for my washing machine. I tried to put this cap on the hose after the pump was installed, and could not do it. I have 88 year old hands with increasing arthritis, and at first I thought it was the wrong size -- that it just couldn't ever fit. However, someone younger and stronger was able to put it on the hose, and now we have no more water leaking from the washing machine. Although I suppose I shouldn't take off a star just because I couldn't use the item myself, I wonder if it needed to be quite that tight! If so, then I probably should have given all five stars.
