Installed to replace my leaking oil pan. A new pan is always a good way to go but a piece of metal shouldn’t have to be expensive! This is your best bet. Better than spending triple for an oem piece when it’s just a piece of metal. Make sure to use a good silicone maker and I’d rec using the oem drain plug vs the one that comes with it. Overall perfect fit and value for money

Just is thick and durable as the original one that came off at 1/3 the price, fit is perfect, i used the fel pro OS30688 gasket which by the way, is not your ordinary cork gasket it’s a nice one. Or use Right stuff one minute 25238 if you need to get back on the road NOW. Anyway, this pan is super rigid, if you use the actual torque specs, there’s no way to deform the mating surface Quality is 100% satisfied and I’m a nit picker, there’s nothing wrong with the oil pan plug but I used a different one because I already had one with a built-in magnet

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Perfect fit for 2005 G35 Coupe. I also bought Fel-Pro gasket. Don't overtighten ten 10mm bolts. It's better to snug tight with 1/4" racket. Tighten more if leaks. It's the aluminum housing that you're bolting the pan to. Don't want to damage it due to over torque.

This item said it was compatible with my vehicle and it's not. I ordered part so I would have it when time to put on and wasn't even close to same size of oil pan.

I developed a leak in my oil pan and the drain plug hole was getting worn out from age so I decided to purchase this pan. It is very high quality, good paint job on it, and the install was a breeze. Installed on a 2006 Infiniti G35 and it's been over a month with no leaks. I also purchased the Fel-Pro oil pan gasket and that is highly recommended to buy also when installing this. No gasket maker was needed and as long as you follow the torque order and specs which can be easily found online, there should be no leaks.

Smacked the sway bar into a curb which hit and damaged my oil pan. Replaced with this oil pan easy and direct fit. Comes with new drain plug. Paired it with felpro paper gasket and black gasket maker before placing onto the new oil pan. No leaks yet. Super easy labor work on a G35. I’d buy again.👍
