Shepherd Sling/Sling Shot/Rock Sling: Desert Camo

This Shepherd sling really exceeded my expectations. The desert camo design looks great, and the material feels durable and rugged while still flexible enough to use comfortably. It definitely has an authentic, traditional feel versus looking like a toy, which I appreciate. I tested it out a few times and it performs well with natural stones and practice ammo — the release is smooth, and the braid construction feels solid and reliable. I review outdoor gear, hobby items, and training tools fairly often, and this one stands out for craftsmanship and usability. Whether someone wants it for historical interest, outdoor recreation, or skill practice, it fits the role nicely. I’ll be watching this brand going forward — if they release more designs, colors, or upgraded versions, I’d definitely be interested in testing and reviewing those as well.

I just got the sling in today and I'm as happy as can be. I originally picked it because the price was reasonable, but, now that I've got it in hand, the quality is top notch. Good leather, excellent cordage, built to last. If you want a good sling, this is it. I will be practicing with it and it's going into my camping gear. It will be a great tool for killing time by slinging some stones, or a means of self defense while out in the woods. You can fit it in a pocket and you can find small stones nearly everywhere. 10 / 10

This is the coolest! I’ve always wanted to try one. When I go for walks around the country, I tend to pick up rocks and throw them as one does into the forest. I try aiming for trees. I got it because I wanted to make my walks a bit more fun

I've gotten into slinging recently with this being my first. I've tried some other slings that are a bit pricier but seem to come back to this one time and again. It's a good average length sling with quality craftsmanship for an excellent price! I find it very easy to use and was able to quickly hone accuracy with consistent practice. I find it to perform just as well or even better than slings of higher prices. Definitely recommend! Will be purchasing again!

Slightly off center and the leather pouch can be picky with rocks but a lot of fun to play with

This sling is my first and I couldn’t be happier with it. I mean from the construction, the material, and the overall craftsmanship, a home run without a doubt. Only thing I would recommend, and please charge a little more, would be a cracker on the end of the release. That sound just makes a noise like no other…
