Plot twist: I bought this after researching how microcurrent may help relieve nerve pain. I had Bell's Palsy in 2021. After a year, the right side of my face still hurt, the muscles were stiff, and my eye wouldn't close properly during sleep. My doctor said I had recovered as much as I was going to. She offered me pain pills, and said there was no cure. I don't want temporary relief. I did my own research and found that the microcurrent the PT initially used on me was available to me through facial devices. I did more research: those devices can cost a lot! But, then I found this device with good reviews and reasonable pricing. I've been using 4D Microcurrent for about 2 weeks. Results: the nerve pain in my face is gone. Period. The muscles on the right side of my face are no longer stiff; they move easily. My right eye closes properly during sleep. No more waking up with dry eyes. I'm not offering medical advice. I'm only sharing my experience because I wish I knew this before a year of my life went by with that pain! Oh, and my face looks younger, too. The skin around the eyes is definitely lifted. But, that's just a bonus for me. I highly recommend you try this device for yourself, carefully and after doing your own research! Good luck and better health to you!

This is actually my 4th facial device like this. My husband bought me a Mcspoal brand for Xmas and I absolutely LOVED it but they just wouldn't hold a charge.. I returned of that brand in total and had the same issue with all of them. Then I found this one and it's SO nice, easy to use, holds the charge and actually has WAY more settings!! It takes a little time to get use to the feeling of the microcurrent but once you know what to expect it's actually relaxing! I use it in the evenings while watching TV... Conductive gel is a must have to use with it. As a rule I use any beauty products (devices, serums and moisturizers) for 6 weeks just bc it really takes that long to make a determination on the product. Within that 6 weeks I only use the products I'm testing. I'm very happy with this product and will update after I've tried it for 6 weeks!! Just a little tip I just started to use Snail Mucin as the conductor followed by Strivecton vitamin C serum and Ahava moisturizer. I do use prescription Retinol one or two days a week and I skip the microcurrent the following day bc my skin is a little sensitive from using the Retinol! Ladies, try the device and give it a try... What do you have to lose? Maybe some wrinkles!?!?!

This takes some practice and I am still learning. The controls are close are under your hand/fingers so it's easy to accidentally boost the speed or microcurrent. At first I think I used too much gel and even on the lowest setting it was too shocking. Since then, Ive barely applied some gel and it feels better. It shocked my forehead and made my teeth ache. It does seem to need some conductive gel or serum, because it was not as effective without any gel. It's like a tens-unit, except you roll it instead of sticking on the electrodes. I got so much great relief for my low back from my tens-unit that I will continue to use the face massager.

This is a well made device so I will use it without the current but I am a bit disappointed. The painful electric shocks were intense at the lowest setting. I really tried to endure it but it hurt too much. I will use it for the light therapy but it's not good for the current pain. I can't even begin to imagine what setting 5 would feel like.

Worked great until it didn’t. Can’t get a response from the seller. When I go to plug it in, It makes a continuous BEEP until I unplug it and won’t charge. I followed troubleshooting as best I could. Tried different outlets and different cords… nothing. Contacted the company on their WhatsApp support number days ago and again yesterday.. no response.

I'm not much of a review writer, but have to say that after about a week, this really seems to work for me. I'm a 62-yo guy with some lines (or sorry, crinkles, as my daughter calls them!) and bags under my eyes and lines on my forehead. After using this on a relatively low setting 2x a day for about 5-minutes (after I shower in the morning and before bed) I have noticed a definite tightening of the lines and bags and smoother skin. Before use, I a wet washcloth to keep my face wet, but interestingly I noticed that I feel more of the current after I shower in the morning, wondering if I've retained more water. I am following the treatment with a moisturizer in the AM and a retinal in the PM. For the price, I think this is a great product for me and will continue to use it - going from everyday to 3-4x a week. I wonder if your results depend upon your skin's moisture level. As for the my (minor) complaints: I think the instructions could be a little clearer as to what all the functions are and exactly what they do. Also, I originally ordered the Silver model, but was so hard to see the functions that I exchanged it for the white one, which is much easier to see. The display on both is the same.

The rollers are a bit big for doing around your eyes but perfect for the rest. I use it on my whole top half. It can give off very little power for your face, or a lot for your body. My muscles are actually sore. I have also noticed a difference not only in my face and neck but also in my arms that were just starting to get a bit saggy. Be sure to use a conductive that has no oil. I use ultrasound gel and then water when it starts to dry out. The product arrived on time and new with instructions so I am pleased with the seller as well. Good job to all.

Directions are poorly translated from Asian manufacturer. Microcurrent too strong on lowest setting. Made my teeth feel electrocuted. Tolerable on a dry clean face, but after a week of daily use started noticing heart palpitations throughout the day. Some overall skin dryness on face, which indicated it was initiating some sort of cell turn over?

Consulte con mi fisioterapeuta y me confirmo q la corriente q genera es para tensar los músculos es decir q si se usa correctamente alrededor de boca o el músculo risório se verán los efectos. También me recomendó no usarlo alrededor de ojos o frente El aparato lo puedes usar en diferentes intensidades de vibración asi como corriente Recomiendo usar el nivel 1 é ir avanzando poco a poco Los movimientos siempre deberán de ser ascendentes

Funciona bien pero en cuestión de los pulsos eléctricos si lo pongo en el nivel 1 es muy suave el pulso casi no se siente, y lo pongo en el nivel 2 de 5 que tiene y es hasta doloroso. Así que algo por ahí no está bien diseñado, los materiales se sienten bien, y la vibracion me parece muy bien.
