It’s a great replacement remote for our Sony TV. Set up was almost non-existent. The way you get the mic synced up has changed since the included directions were printed up. I had to go into the settings menu -> Remotes & Accessories -> Remote Control -> Activate mic button. Then you hold the volume down and mic buttons for two to three seconds (that part was still in the included directions). If I had to have one thing to complain about, it’s that the back cover doesn’t sit flush with the other part. So there is a little uneven lip around most of it. Which really isn’t that big of a deal.

This is the second one I've bought. Had the first one four years and this is the replacement when first one had problems. Happy with the first one and this one seems to work as well. Set up is literally one minute, aim, press two buttons and it connects, no problems. good service from company. Would buy this brand again.

Buttons were a little “stiff” initially, but after some use they loosed up and the remote works fine. Good quality for an after market replacement. I would recommend.

We lost our remote, so we ordered a replacement. Right after it showed up, wouldn't you know it, we found the original. But we figured that each of us having a remote was cool, so we kept it. But we found out that you can only have one remote do voice commands. This is not a dig against the remote--it's the TV that limits it! It's still nice to have 2 remotes, we have only both used them at the same time a couple of times!

This is a horrible remote! The functionality is terrible. You have to push any button a minimum of two times, most times more, to get it to work. Standing as close as 3 feet (which I have done to test it) or 10 feet or more. Sometimes when I push the button to select, it jumps up and down to something else instead of going to my selection. I have even changed the batteries after just 2 months to see if that was the issue, although this started immediately. This is the second time I have purchased this type "Sony Compatible" remote (once from another company on Amazon) and it was the same issue. I returned that one and replaced with this brand. I feel that if I tried to replace this one, it would be the same issue. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

My old remote still worked, but the arrows would stick and send the TV through and infinite scroll. I took it apart and cleaned it and it still would do it. Either stick or be completely non responsive. This remote worked right away and I love it. The texture of it is nice too since it has a little bit of tactile grip. Overall an upgrade from the original remote.

This remote is similar to the original. The operation of the remote has a flaw thattge mic will not work. I am not going to send it back since it is not important to me.

bought this remote because I broke mine and it’s identical to the one I had.. had no problems adjusting it to work on my TV.

This is good as the original product.

It’s not working after two weeks , unfortunately, I realized that the original from Sony at 35SR.

Remote looks similar, voice control doesn’t work as described, not worth for money.
