These are a lot of fun and make for varied workouts.

I got these cards because I was losing motivation to workout after giving up my gym membership during COVID. I had been using some dumbbells and a bench, but got stuck in a routine that became boring and ultimately I found myself working out less and less. These simple little cards helped to break up the monotony and have helped me get back to working out (nearly) every day. I mixed them up very well, so I always get a new mix of exercises to do. This has also meant that I’m actually getting a bit sore again (in that pleasant “I know I’ve done some work” way) because I’m working different muscles and in different ways. For such a simple and relatively inexpensive product, I highly recommend.

A bit smaller than I expected. Love the scan feature on the cards. Should last a while once they don't get any moisture on them. Worth the price.

These cards are easy to use. They’re great when you don’t have the time or energy to think up your own workout. The box they come in nice as well and has a magnetic latch so the cards are easy to get to, easy to put away, but stay secure.

Good instruction, but too many cards.

I love these cards. I normally go to classes at the gym to workout. When the gyms closed due to COVID, I bought a TRX GO, dumbells, and a Bosu Ball. However, I could not find any online classes that used this combination of equipment. I stumbled on these cards on Amazon and decided to give them a try. I have used playing cards before with a trainer and liked the challenge. I purchased the dumbbell stack (52 cards) and the expanded suspension exercise pack (119 cards) from Stack 52. I'm mixing the stacks up so that I switch back and forth between the TRX and dumbells. I've had the cards for about 2 weeks and have worked out more than I have in the past two months. I've done most of the exercises before so I'm familiar with the required form. The QR Code comes in handy for the exercises I am not familiar with the exercise. I really recommend the cards! I plan on purchasing more cards in the future to add more options to my workout since they have stacks for kettlebells, barbells, resistance bands and flexibility. I just wish they had a stack for Bosu Ball workouts.
