What is the triangle on the box for ?

What triangle? Not aware of it, so nothing.

Are they 78mm or 110mm and are they perferated for easy separation?

It comes in a roll -- set up like a roll of aluminum foil, wax paper. You simply pull out how much you want and rip it off using the edge of the box holding the roll. I really like this option because I can roll something as long or as short as I may need at the time.
