To give that crunch that makes it so special, we add even more flavour filled cocoa-nibs! iQ chocolate is stoneground, at low temperatures, keeping it raw. This means in addition to the exciting burst of taste and flavour, we retain the high levels of valuable nutrients and antioxidants lost in traditional methods of chocolate making.
