Good for the price
Our second time ordering these. The first set had a few that wouldn't spin, but figuring out how to fix those was pretty easy. This batch had 10 or so that wouldn't light, and there is no fixing them. Just order more than you think you need and you'll be fine.

Great for Halloween
I gave these bracelets to trick-or-treators and they were a hit. The only negatives are the have a strong odor and one was opened in front of me and didn't work. (Don't know if there were others)
