Reminds me of my childhood dark chocolates. The scent, taste and the texture are all A+ and price is within reason. Maybe the 75% was not as bitter as I thought it would be. In fact it was sweeter than expected, compared to Lindt I guess. Nonetheless, really good. Highly recommend. I used it for baking cookies.
