This product is not suitable for UK 240 volts, which it does not say in the product information. And despite being sold at a UK £ Price. The product is also poor quality being made primarily of cheap plastic. Although the suppliers 'Covent Garden' who it turns out are a US company promptly repaid only the purchase price when I complained and returned the product it still cost me £45.38 in postage. Avoid this product if you are in the UK and want to use with UK voltage.

DO NOT buy this product if you live in the U.K.! Supplier sent 120V unit instead of 240V. Only after having an electrician attempt to install it (as it does not come with a U.K. plug) was it realised that it was incorrect. The supplier refused to return the item as too much time has passed (as I had to wait for an electrician). Item description should have been clearer and refund should have been offered.

This is not a review regarding the lantern it is a review of the supplier , there was a concern with the lantern , I made the supplier aware , they have been exemplary in there response all problems taken care of without question as a company I award them 5 stars plus , you often read of bad reviews so when a company deserves praise so be it . My electrician recently installed this, it buzzed manically for 30 seconds then failed. It looks like it's not compatible with 240v circuits. Disappointing after the effort to get it installed. Let's see if the seller will return.

A bit expensive, but this is a big old fashioned bug zapper. It gives satisfying pops and sizzles. Kills most bugs, but lets damaged wasps live so they can crawl around for a while before they eventually die. Even so, it's great compared to most of the modern light duty zappers. The grid is smaller than it should be - I ended up clipping out every other separator so larger bugs (wasps) could get in easier. The cord is very short (a foot or less) so you'll need an extension cord. Haven't tried the mosquito attractant insert yet.

Item is used, has dead bugs on it. Item also doesn’t switch on.

We’re unable to use this product because lamp was damaged. I need to get lamp as soon as possible.

It works great! I forgot to turn it off at night, there was bug death all over, I’m prolly gunna put a tinfoil pan under it, but it’s rather satisfying to here the sharp snap, and buzz, knowing that’s one less skeeter to annoy me.
