Good product- not the best taste
Don’t live the taste but I love what it does for my workout and body! Makes me feel great through the day. Mixes well. Dissolves easily.

Pros: This is the best amino supplement I have found, not only is there 9 aminos in it but it has just enough caffeine in it to keep you pushing through those heavy reps at the gym! Con: Costs a little more than double than what I used to buy and the taste is a little brutal

Great to pair with protein for muscle growth per and post workout
I use amino acids to improve my workout experience, with some before and after my workout. The taste is a little bitter, but improves if you stir it well and let it sit about 10 minutes. I also add a touch of Crystal light citrus energy to it and it tastes amazing. Amino Acids are the building block protein needs to be utilized and build muscle. I am slowly starting to see some muscle growth will continue to use.

Best pre workout
Ohhhh Me KNOW about Ohmino! Ive been using their product to keep me going through my longer resistance workouts. No jitters - just all output. Everything I need to lift the heavies when I wanna bail out and suck my thumb. OhMino keeps me focused on the temporary pain to get my endorphin walk of fame to the mailbox later to wave at the neighbors, full swole.
