Love this set colors are amazing, easy to use, glides on smoothly. Great quality and value for the money. The metallic color in the attached photo is the only color not from ArtGraf. so apologies please disregard that color when looking at the photo for reference.

Art graph is a great medium for artist who would like to do mix media and perhaps color outside of the line. I like that you can use this these as a drawing medium and painting medium also for blending, you can let your imagination flow. Definitely glad to have art graf in my art kit.

After watching a few videos on youtube and some from the manufacturer, I am quite impressed with these pigment block. The color is rich and seems like it will last a long time for the price. Im looking forward to using these in my new series.

These literally have lasted me for years. They are rich, versatile and I love them!! Worth the money!

I came across these ART GRAF "tailors chalks" by accident and found them to be amazing. First of all they are NOT chalk. They are TAILORS CHALK SHAPE. They come in a great cork seat and you can take the "chalks" out and draw directly then add water if you want. MY EXAMPLE uses the BLACK color only here as a test. THE BLOCKS ARE HIGHLY PIGMENTED. I used a water brush and treated the block in a traditional watercolor manner dipping my damp brush on to the cake. I AM THRILLED with the result! These are not inexpensive but ARE worth every penny! They come in three types of set: the 6 earth tones, the red-blue-yellow set, the Black-white-graphite set. I GOT THEM ALL NOW! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR VERSATILITY AND COLOR FASTNESS. I just purchased "again" to give some as gifts to some ARTIST FRIENDS.

Not sure what to say about these. I lusted after them for a long time but now that I have them I’m not sure just how I’m going to incorporate them into my work. They can be messy to hold onto if that concerns you, or you can just use a wet brush and pick up the color. I am going to play with them before actually committing them to part of a painting. There are some YouTube videos also. What I do love about them is the color palette. I will do another review when my thoughts on these are more solid - one way or another.

I really like the shape of these! Not as messy as regular charcoal and I love the colors!

i used these for some mixed media artwork - just playing around it will come off on fingers, so i held it with a paper towel i worked on watercolor paper - some with wet paper and then using the chalk, and some dipping the edge in water and then using it on the paper it is so thick and yummy looking. it spreads so nicely adding a little more water with a paintbrush to move the color around or adding some other watercolors over/around. just fantastic.
