Great Experience
When you're ordering a new glass screen for your iPhone (or any internal parts), nine times outa ten you're not doing it because you want to, it’s because your phone is not working and its causing you problems and stress. The last thing you want is problems with your parts order, delivery, or install. This isn't my first repair by a long shot, but it is one of the best experiences I've had in the process. You can see the attention to detail in the item description, and here is my review of the process: Delivery- I paid the $2.99 to get it same day, and it arrived as promised, keeping me updated along the way. Receipt- I opened the package and started setting up for the installation; Professionally packaged (expected right?), screen in a hard plastic case, tools, a card (that actually laid the sealant down properly!) and even a screen protector. All nicely packaged not crammed in. Installation- Smooth and reliable. Everything ligned up, connectors clicked together nicely, transferring the few parts needed was seamless, sealant applied as described, and the screen lit right up when I turned it on. Tight seam with the back panel- no gaps. Brilliant screen (as expected), and it looks, works, and feels like a new phone. It should be no surprise that everything went as advertised and like this did for me, but, as I’m sure you’ve experienced, it doesn’t always go perfect. QTlier made sure my screen did and they have my confidence. I apprecioate it and highly recommend this replacement screen.

Complete and Easy
This is a terrific screen that is bright and has good viewing angles. Touch works great too. Seems to be every bit as good as the original and compares very well to the original on my Wife's iPhone 7. Absolutely everything you need is included, tools, and a good fitting adhesive strip. Tools are nice quality and I will be keeping them for other use. 3 tips - use the iFixit guide for repair. It is the best on the net. Secondly, with a phone of this age I would absolutely be sure to replace the battery at the same time. I have another review for the nice battery I bought from Amazon. Lastly, it can be hard to get a cracked screen off with the included suction cup. My was really shattered so I used a strip of Gorilla tape and the cup pulled it right up (after heating for about a minute with a hair dryer to soften the adhesive). This is a tremendous value that is worth the effort! The end result is a like new phone for little money - if you are patient and careful. Highly recommend.

Great Quality
I spent well over an hour searching for the right replacement screen to use for my Iphone 7 plus when I found this product and decided to buy it even though it was priced higher then other products, mainly because of their reviews. I received my screen yesterday and successfully installed it last night. I was very impressed with what came in the package to help make the job very seamless and easy for me to do!! I was most nervous about moving over a new proximity sensor but their replacement screen and guide made it easy to do so. The screw guide they use, also made it easy to help me remember what screw went where. I am very pleased with my new screen and it looks good as new when I first bought my iphone. Five THUMBS UP!!

SCREEN BRIGHTNESS IT ONLY 70% OF ORIGINAL & YELLOW SPOT AT BOTTOM OF SCREEN.
Hello Amazon Consumers. I'm giving this a 1 STAR..... My overall Rating is "D". Beware of this screen by QTier. I purchased it for my iPhone 7 replacement and completed the installation today in about 2 hours. I have intermediate repair experience with cell phones but advanced with computers. The installation went smooth with assistance from online video tutorials and story boarding each step on separate sheets of paper in my work area. This keeps everything organized; screw placement, etc. The replacement kit comes with everything in the pictures, but I was hesitant to purchase because there we no specifications listed. The Apple iPhone 7 LCD screen comes with a very bright 1334 x pixels (326 ppi) screen, however, this QTier is about 70% bright as the original; completely DISAPPOINTING. In addition, at about 6 O'Clock at the bottom of the screen, there is a very faint yellow circle. While I can understand "you get what you pay for", the screen should not be this dim and described as a replacement for the iPhone 7. I know I could return it, but it's not worth the trouble to take apart my phone again as I need to use for work tomorrow. I may try to purchase an OEM replacement from Apple, but not sure if that part is available. What did I expect for $25.99, a replacement part that actually replaces the original with good quality. Having the brightness at 70% is too dim during the day and frustrating. If QTier actually responds to my Review, I'd like them to provide the actual Screen Resolution, Contrast Ratio and the ACTUAL cd/m2 brightness numbers. Again, Apple uses a 1334-by-750 pixel resolution at 326 ppi with 1400:1 Contrast Ratio. More important, they use 625 cd/m2 max brightness. So if you you're replacing your iPhone 7 screen and with this QTier, keep in mind the resolution and BRIGHTNESS does not compare to the original in any way; it doesn't come close. Does it work? Yes. Does the Digitizer touch screen work, Yes. But the BRIGHTNESS terrible and it will cause eye strain because of the poor performance of the screen. The original resolution is 1334-by-750-pixel resolution at 326 ppi, but this screen in no way compare to this replacement. Lastly again, I'm not sure why I have a YELLOW oblong circle at the bottom of the screen. It probably would have been better to take it too a repair shop then ask the right questions as to the Screen Brightness, Resolution, Brightness Scale then spending $25.99 and two hours of my time with a sub par screen. Buyer Beware........

Good screen for the price
If you are worried about replacing your screen you can do it, its just tedious so take your time. The tutorial from Josh Connects was super detailed and helped me a lot but I did use others as well to fill in the gaps. The screen works. It doesn’t sit perfectly flush like OEM and this can be for a couple of reasons. Sometimes the LCDs are slightly thicker, the plastic isn’t perfectly leveled, the adhesive is bulkier, etc. It is not extreme and the absolute highest point is whats in the picture, the rest is either flush or in between, but not enough to cause an issue or concern. The actual quality is decent. For the price you can’t go wrong in my opinion. It isn’t OEM but thats twice the price and as old as these phones are it’s just not worth it. 3D touch, etc. works. Note: This screen doesn’t come with the plastic front facing camera housing. I didn’t notice that till I went to install it. I just pried up the one from the old screen and the left over adhesive lightly helped keep it in place until I got the bracket over it and that secured it well. I thought it was odd as every other screen came with that but it wasn’t an issue nonetheless. After returning 2 screens from other companies due to missing parts or being bad screens, just glad I got a decent one at a good price. I think that with every company that is selling them cheaply, every few screens is going to have issues and thats reflected in the reviews. Just test it before you close it up. A recommendation is if you have had the phone for a while or it is old, replace the battery while you have it opened up. It is super easy just watch a tutorial. You can get them for $10-$20 on Amazon or eBay.

Works very well, all needed tools included!
Ordered the wrong color first, returned easily for refund, ordered correct one and it arrived the next day. The company sent an email with a link to a video on replacing the screen on my daughters phone, but I didn't notice, and being male, did not check youtube, just jumped in. Took over two hours but with a lot of time wasted and missed some screws (like the tiny ones at the lightning cable input port). There were 3 different types of tiny screws all together and even my well stocked shop did not have one of the screw drivers needed, a tiny tri-wing. Fortunately, the screen came with every tool I needed for the screen change! Yay! Please look at the video cuz I had real problems putting the adhesive gasket on the phone; better find out how it was supposed to be done! Once I was done everything worked well. The touch button did not click anymore, but it doesn't actually move, what you feel is haptic feedback (a tiny motor causes an apparent 'click') and the phone needs to be, I don't know, reset to get it to work again (according to a web search). My daughter won't let me reset the phone so I cannot guarantee this information. She complains that the screen looks 'different' but cannot explain how and has been militating for a new phone for a long time, so true? Maybe. Looked great to me. So, bottom line: Good screen, works well, tricky getting the old screen off, probably easy if you look at the video first. Would recommend!

You Get What you Pay for
For the price it’s good, however, prepare to either have to buy new tools or ask the provider for new ones. My kit came in with a wholly unusable Y000 (had to buy another ) and the other screwdrivers had some trouble too but with enough manhandling, eventually I got all the screws out. The suction cup tool was also useless, no grip and not even heating the adhesive helped. In the end I had to use metal tools to pry my phone open. Everything else went relatively smoothly, although the lack of instructions was troubling when I finally could start putting the new screen in as none of the tutorials I watched covered how to remove the plastic camera holder and the metal plate over the ribbon cables. Basically I pried stuff off and prayed I didn’t irreversibly destroy anything. Nonetheless, the screen came back on and my phone works almost good as new. Pressure sensitivity still exists with no noticeable dip in quality, the screen picture looks good, and the only downsides are that the new screen juts out slightly (still fits fine in my case, so not a big deal) and the home button no longer works (probably an anti-repair measure Apple added and not an actual issue from the screen, plus Touch ID works perfectly, and you can make a manual home button on screen in your accessibility settings). For the price it’s pretty great, but some pieces are likely to be defective so be prepared to buy new tools or ask for a different screen if you get some faulty pieces. Plus you still save like over a hundred bucks compared to taking it in for a repair even if you need to buy new tools.

Good screen, all parts included
Installing my new phone screen went very well. The instructions online provided easy step-by-step instructions to take apart the iPhone 7 and reinstall the new screen. Now I must say, I have a masters in engineering and several years of experience working with repairing electronics, specifically Macs. The front facing camera is very difficult to remove and reinstall. I recommend taking photos at every stage of uninstalling this camera. You must be very careful to remove the camera (which is glued down in some spots) without damaging it. Reinstalling the camera requires some dexterity, but it is manageable. There are 3 very small plastic components which must be carefully pried off the old screen and glued onto the new screen. You will need superglue (not provided) for this step. Once this is done and you are setting the camera back in, be careful to align all the electronic connections and making it straight. One final note: The screws holding the camera, battery covering, and home button must be reused. They are very small and easy to strip (particularly on the home button). Be prepared to label and secure these screws somewhere so you do not lose any of them! This is a great product and can save you a ton of money replacing the screen yourself. Best of luck!

Expected better considering the rating
The bottom right corner of the screen seems to have a bit of discolouration. Also during installation, the home button plug and the socket (part of the screen assembly) wouldn’t line up perfectly, the bracket where the selfie camera plugs into was also missing
