I got it for my new Gallaxy Note 10 Plus and when I went to charge it, the case is a no no. I could not charge the phone with the case on, which is a negative for me. I took the phone out the case and the charger fits. I was about to lose my mind. I purchased 2 chargers, neither would fit. I thought something was wrong with the phone that I paid really good money for! Glad to say, it is the case that prohibits the connection needed for the charger to go into the phone. Maybe the one I got is not cut quite right, not sure. I am deciding, if I will return it. I really do need a case that can stay on the phone as it charges.
