Sad-instant Yeast
Received my instant yeast today and made my first loaves with it. Rise is great, bread is yummy. Disappointed in expiration date 08/25. Not the 2 year expiration or near that as expected. I’m sure I’ll use it up before that. That’s not the point though.

Absolutely love this yeast. I have always been annoyed or inconvenienced by using yeast with water, having to keep it at certain temperature, worrying whether it is alive or not. This truly solved that pain point, highly recommend it.
