### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Good Stuff

This is a great alternative sweetener with no unnecessary additives. It tastes great, but is expensive. But, you get what you pay for. According to my doctor, an additional benefit is that pathogens can't use it to create biofilm protection.

It looks like they don’t make this product anymore so what is left is going bad. It should be a clear/slightly brown color with a mildly sweet taste. Mine was dark brown with an off taste so I have requested a refund. I used to buy this stuff when they made it from our local natural foods store and it was really good (though takes a ton of it to sweeten something like coffee). It was the best tasting liquid monk fruit I could find in my opinion. I get Lakanto now which uses far less to sweeten but doesn’t taste as good.

This tastes great, kind of maple syrup like. However, it is formulated with maltodextrose which is derived from real sugar. I was seeking an all herbal sweetener similiar to stevia without additives. Luo Han is an herbal/spice type sugar but the maltodextrose is clearly not. If it does not matter to you than I say the product tastes pretty good.
