It's the same quality as came with my main system and programming it and my receiving display panel was quick and easy. The only negative is that the supplied U bolts are 1/4" shorter than I would like for going around 1 1/2" PVC pipe. They work, but it can be fussy to get the nuts started when working in the cold, high off the ground. Review: Well designed. Easy to install. Just works. - I needed to get my anemometer up from between the trees, so I used this to install it at the top of a 110 foot tower, separate from the rest of the weather station. It was very easy to set up and install, and worked flawlessly. These Davis products are well designed, intuitive, reliable, and the expectations were well met. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well built, works well, incomplete documentation. *by E***A on May 13, 2021* This is sturdy and well built and works the way it's supposed to. It allowed me to put my anemometer up on poles (3 - 10' chain link top rails) - one rail sunk 2' in concrete with 2 others stacked up, held with guys wires (1/16" stainless patio light kit wires)- to 28' height and put my sensor suite on a 5' solid signal satellite TV dish antenna tripod and move that away from my wife's garden and around as needed. My only gripe is the instructions were incomplete. I set this as transmitter 2 (ISS was #1) then in advanced settings from my laptop edited both ISS and this transmitter, and put the name "wind" of anemometer in both (do not use the same name for transmitter as you did for the ISS). Hope this helps. I put guy wires up about 14' and 25'.
