LEGO TECHNIC 42007 Moto Cross Bike

I got the for my 4 year old son for Christmas (I know it's meant for much older kids). He is a motocross fanatic. The build is somewhat advanced so be aware of that if you don't have lots of lego experience. The decals can also be a little tricky to apply to the curved surfaces-but I am a stickler for getting them perfectly placed. The build is really fun-with plenty of unique pieces. The tires are awesome! The motor, frame, and components have quite a few similarities to the real thing. My kid has been having a blast with this. He throws it around on occasion and it really holds together well, but the handlebars do pop off quite a bit-no biggie. I wish it had a saddle and that the rear drive sprocket was inside the swingarm. This thing looks soooo cool! Highly recommended.

I bought this for my boyfriend who races motocross. . . .kind of tongue-in-cheek, because I have a 7 year old that he helps with building lego sets. He loved it. I figured he'd work on it here or there, but he put it together in one day off. He said he couldn't stop.

My son is six years old and loves the Lego Technic Moto Cross Bike Technic. It is a little challenging for a six year old, but it is a great father and son activity. Since this takes a while to build and since two different ones can be built, it takes that time away from electronics. Extremely satisfied.

My daughter loves it!

My 10 year old nephew was thrilled with this set. He received the real thing from his parents for his birthday. He used parts from his other technic set to build it like his real one. Now he will have something to play with when it's too cold and snowy outside to ride his real one.

Brilliant set. I haven't used lego technic for over 16 years and it brought back nice memories. It was very easy to build with about 250 pieces to put together and looks great when built. The level of detail is impressive for such a small model and the chain and pistons are cleverly designed making the whole thing quite realistic. The model when finished is robust, typical of all technic sets really. All in all this is a very good buy and i strongly recomend it to any lego technic fans.

Ich empfinde dieses Modell als gelungenen Nachfolger zum Modell LEGO Technic 8291 - Motocross Bike , welches ich ebenfalls besitze. Das neue Bike ist sehr viel stabiler ausgelegt, die Gabel fällt nicht mehr ab, was beim Vorgänger doch der Fall sein konnte. Auch ist es nun ohne Zusatzteile möglich, den Motor auf einen realistischen Einzylinder umzubauen. Auch die Kette kann auf die linke Seite (in Fahrtrichtung gesehen) umgebaut werden und schon hat man ein äußerst realistisches Modell einer Motocross-Maschine. Das Dekor-Design orientiert sich an denen von KTM-Motorrädern. Alles in Allem ist die Neuauflage des Motocross-Motorrades äußerst gelungen und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!!

Offert à mon petit-fils qui l'a montée pour une mise en exposition dans une vitrine. A un peu galéré à le faire seul mais le résultat est magnifique.

Ce modèle a un excellent rapport qualité-prix, plaisant à construire. Le modèle alternatif a l'air tout aussi sympa à faire.
