It actually works. I was skeptical at first buying for my daughter but it worked. Pain free.

It’s decent kinesiology tape and seems to last a little longer than the budget tapes. Certainly seems to irritate less. Biggest issue is that it doesn’t have clearly marked grid to measure sizing accurately although the logo backing is clearly arranged in 1 to 5 cm sized slogans. I’ll probably stick (if you pardon the pun) to the budget stuff as I get though volume although the less lurid colour scheme is a bonus. Didn’t seem to be any better at staying attached when sweaty though.

This tape is really good, a physio or youtube can show you how to tape correctly. To last longer round the edges and rub on the area for a few seco ds when applied. Easy to use and great quality.

Sticks better than some other brands of similar tape (as long as you round off the corners). Have been using for years, mostly to tape up vulnerable spots for long distance runs, and does the job well.

I've tried multiple tapes to support my shoulder but none are as good and as strong as this. Really durable and long lasting, even after a few days, including getting it wet.

Just be aware that this is not as sticky as most Rocktapes, (that I have bought before). You can't see on the photo, but on the box it says standard, whereas on Rocktapes I've purchased before, (patterned ones), it says, "extra sticky". It definitely is not as sticky, and I need to use it on holiday where I could get hot, sweaty and sun-creamed. I paid more for this branded Rocktape and I have doubts if it will be fit for purpose, (keeping my HRT patch from falling off). I've yet to try it so will update the review when I have.

This is a top class tape. Faultless. If you are using it in an area that is very active, just round off the corners with scissors and it works great, does not lift and adheres well in very difficult areas. Comes off clean afterwards.

I was trained to use RockTape many years ago, by their own physio, so I may be biased. I did try some cheap K tape I bought at a supermarket, but found that was no different to parcel tape. I went back to RockTape as I find it relieves muscle and tendon pain instantly. It stays on well, (you can keep it on for a week).

Very thin tape which doesn't give good support when stretched. I do not recommend this product.

I use this for face tape and it is way more economical than the 'official stuff'. It is hypoallergenic, and the best part is, I can use this on the rest of my body too! I cut off the right size and it works for me. Always spot test, you might be allergic, but I was fine. I love that it's mostly cotton, so that makes it breathable, and it sticks well, unless you have moisturizer or face products on. You always have to be careful peeling it off though, I go section by section, small bits at a time and sometimes even use water to loosen it up. If you go too fast, you will damage your delicate skin. Amazing product, super supportive and it works.

Works pretty well, I goggled ways to tape areas correctly. Helps what it was needed for!

My occupational therapist recommended I use this product for a strain on my left elbow. It provides incredible relief. This product was a God send.
