Is the lead refillable? I cannot seem to get the led to come out.** A: Click with the clip. Once the pencil point is out, click again a little harder to push the lead out. Took me a few tries to get the feel of it. There is also refill lead in the cartridge. Once you figure it out it’s easy **Q: Why is the pencil not working? I did push the clip down to reveal the barrel then pushed it few more times to make the lead comeout but still nothing.** A: See the other answers on the pencil. Click a second time harder to push the lead out. You have to get a feel for it. Took me a while to get it. **Q: Is the grip hard or soft?** A: It is a soft gel sleeve but metal under.
