The BK-2030 accepts Mini-ANL fuses, not to be confused with ANL fuses. On the 0 gauge outputs, the BK-2030 uses two fuses in parallel to achieve fusing of higher loads.

Is the outside frame of this thing going to arc if something metal touches it?

The clear plastic cover protects the exposed metal. If you make sure the stripped wire is inside the case you’ll be fine.

Great power block.
