Vitamin c and hyaluronic acid occur naturally in our skin, anyway. Vitamin c stimulates wound repair, and it can be applied daily to your skin. Just don't over do the derma roller or vitamin c, which is highly acidic. I'll try the derma roller every two weeks. It's like weight training- if you do it too much you will break down your muscle instead of build it up.
