Yes, I would contact JBL directly. Should be a warranty.

Does it come with a flat end for hip loading?

Mine came with a gun butt, Drop JBL a line, they would be better able to answer.

Sick gun

Sick gun for the money. They say it’s very hard to load but I disagree. Killed my fair share of yellow tail with in Mexico. Very fast.

Gun is great, as mentioned in previous reviews packaging needs work. Luckily nothing was damaged. Have used it for a few hours. I like that it has a safety.

Can’t cock

Not humanly possible to cock it. I called the MFG and gave me the specs. All was correct. I’m 6”4 220lbs... couldn’t even get it close
