It is a little awkward in getting the correct angle to put in your ear, but it works super well. The readings are instant. I like that it has distinctive beeps for if you are in normal range or have a fever. The display is easy to read. I’m not a fan of the need to have the ear covers on. I find that’s a waste of plastic for the average home use. And you have to have the plastic disposable cover on, otherwise it will not work.
