Q: Is one packet enough for long hair?

Depends on what you are removing. I used it to remove a blue/ash color from my hair. My hair is down to my butt. 1 packet was enough and yes, it removed what I needed it to. However if your hair is overprocessed, dry and brittle it will make it worse and may require more deep conditioning treatments. I did leave it on my clean towel dried hair with a plastic bag and towel to hold the heat in for about 15 mins though. Then washed it out. I knew it may dry it out from other reviews but my hair was in great condition so it's fine.

Q: The directions say to not use it on white hair. Has anyone tried this with white hair? And how did it work?

When you see the statement, not recommended for white/non pigmented hair. This statement is to be used as a discretionary piece! If the hair that is non pigmented does not have the vitamin remedy thoroughly removed there will then be a chance of the vitamin caramelizing like a sugar and causing discoloration! However, as long as it is thoroughly removed there will be no issue! We highly recommend using our Un Do Goo shampoo after to thoroughly cleanse the hair after you have processed our treatments for mineral removal!

Q: Do you leave the treatment in your hair for a few minutes or do you just work it in and rinse?

Best to leave it in for the recommended time. This allows it to work on getting rid of the minerals.
