Because I was in a rush before going away I ordered this official one through Amazon (it is OEM), though all it is really is a 2.5mm jack to usb-c cable. It’s an unusual combination but is available for less. However, on reflection it is a very good cable - solidly insulated, feels like silicone, and sturdy. The length is also just right, and most importantly the form factor - with both ends being at right angles - means that there’s no issues with it catching or getting in the way as the gimbal rotates.Also works with my ancient GX8 which I wasn’t expecting from the forum posts and firmware notes - it doesn’t give full functionality but when the camera is on video mode a half-press of the record button makes the camera focus and a full press toggles recording. No access to camera settings from within the Ronin app but beggars can’t be choosers.
