Yes, all DONA products are made in the USA. We make it all in our brewery in Brooklyn NY.

how long does the Chai last? is it pasturized?

I ran out so I don't have a bottle so I'm not sure if it's pasteurized. In terms of how long does it last I would put it in my coffee every morning. I would use roughly an ounce each day so one bottle lasted approximately two weeks. My daughter gave me a bottle as a gift and at first I wasn't sure if I was going to like the flavor but before I was done I had ordered three more bottles from Amazon and it reached the point where I didn't want my morning coffee unless I had some Dona Chai to put into it.

Does this contain caffeine?

Yes there is caffeine in the chai. The black tea used contains caffeine.

How do I keep this from curdling with milks? I’ve tried oat, soy, cow...? Keeps happening.

Hi, are you mixing the concentrate and the milk first and heating them both together? make sure they are mixed together before heating so they are heated together. Let me know if that doesn't work.
