Is this lipstick super drying?

The ones I've tried all stay amazingly smooth and creamy. I don't experience the waxy flaking that other lipsticks dry to and these only need reapplication after drinking coffee from a paper cup. Definitely feel like paying a little extra for quality is well worth it for these lipsticks.
