I bought highlighters, nothing fancy but they also weren't knockoffs quality. They write smooth. I bought them for my Bible. Since my Bible has really thin pages I was nervous there might be bleed through the pages. But if I so single strokes without much pressure then there's very minimal bleed. Not even bleed really, just semi visible.
