I only make reviews for quality products that have changed my life. I got my conch and second lobe pierced back in October 2021. Since these were my first piercings, outside of the first lobe piercings I got as a baby, I made sure to stay on top of cleaning them and doing everything that was recommended. For some reason, I still got piercing bumps on all 3 new piercings. I’m not someone who is sensitive to things, but for the first time ever I thought I could be allergic to the surgical steel jewlery. I switched to titanium, did lots of sea salt soaks/pastes and my bumps still didn’t go away. I tried H2Ocean, Urban ReLeaf Piercing solution, the Neil Med fine mist spray, and finally made my own sea salt solution, but none of these worked. I went through multiple bottles of each, thinking I wasn’t using them right. My piercer even said it was my fault the bumps were there since I probably wasn’t cleaning them enough, but I knew I was doing a thorough job. I scheduled a doctors appointment to see if there was anything they could do since the bumps were uncomfortable and painful. One day, I happened across this product and just decided to buy it because it was cheap and I ran out of all other cleansers. When I tell you, this stuff worked magic overnight, I literally wanted to cry tears of joy. Within a week all bumps were nearly gone. Since I had a pretty extreme case, I knew it would take time to go away completely. But by 2 weeks of consistently cleaning my piercings twice a day, I was healed. I am so so sooo incredibly grateful to have found this by chance and I didn’t even read the reviews. I honestly have no idea what these ingredients even are but for some reason it did the trick when the sea salt didn’t. 10/10 product, I apply it using a soaked q-tip and there’s no mess at all. I’m on my third purchase of the 2-pack and can’t wait to get more piercings because I know I can rely on this product, thank you!!!!!!!!

Have you ever seen the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding where the dad believes “everything, from psoriasis to poison ivy, can be cured with Windex”? Yeah, THIS is that product. It healed my infected piercings, yes. But something compelled me one day to put it on my face acne... y’all. Cleared my oily face of acne in two days. My skin has not looked this good in YEARS. And it’s not over drying. It has dramatically sped up the healing time of any cut, took the sting out of fire ant bites, and healed over a cold sore overnight without the pain and nastyness. Please do yourself a favor and buy this. It is soooo worth it. Anecdote: I am highly allergic to nickel jewelry. My mother and I did not know this when she took kid me to a Walmart in 2010 to get my ears pierced... a WALMART y’all. My ears have always been sensitive and infected since then. Rude kids legit signed my middle school yearbook with anecdotes about nasty, infected ears. But this miracle cure... this healed my VERY infected piercings in a matter of DAYS. It’s been 10+ years of heck with these ears and this wonderful solution cured it days. That is a miracle to me. No sensitivity or nothing. I want to buy a barrel of this stuff.

Worked good to clean my piercings. You have to use a q-tip to actually get any product wear it needs to be though, you can’t just pour straight from the bottle. It didn’t cause any pain or irritation when I used it. The size of the bottles was pretty good, I was honestly expecting them to be smaller.

Very good piercing care solution which contains Benzalkonium chloride. This was one of very few cleansers that was not just saline or sterilized water. The Benzalkonium chloride helps to heal infections because it is capable of breaking down bacteria, according to Wikipedia. I received two 4 Fl Oz bottles in a pack. I have been using it for over a year and have not started the second bottle yet. This will last a good long while even for regular use and and multiple piercings. I saturate a cotton swab to clean my earrings and 15 piercings at least once a week and still have a little less than half a bottle left. I use more frequently, a couple of times a day several day in a row, when my ears become irritated, since I have a sensitivity to most metals. I am very happy with this piercing care solution and definitely recommend. From my experience, this solution helps to soothe and heal even the sorest of piercings.
