I got 2 years of 40hrs a week use out of 1 before it began to crack in the plastic that my badge attaches too. The reel is still 100% issue free, and since this came with 2, I still have the back up! Great product! 10 out of 10

Inexpensive Replacement for Retractable Clip-On Name Badge Holder
The inexpensive two-pack QREEL retractable ID name badge holder with a swivel alligator clip seems to be a sturdy replacement option for a comparable badge holder I received at work. Its quality design seems durable, and I appreciate that I have a backup holder if one of them breaks.

Poor quality
The reel broke after using it for only 3 days. It cracked on the inside so the wire no longer retracts.

Not as advertised
It was supposed to have the alligator clamps but it only has the hooks. I brought these specifically for the alligator clamps. Will try to return them

Product is different form why was advertised. Not happy about that, it was supposed to be an alligator style clip.
