At first I was very happy with the sleek design and ease of attachment. This accessory if for a laptop which means it is mobile. As time and movement of putting it in and out of my computer case and carrying it back and forth to work (I'm a high school teacher) it no longer fits tightly into the usbc port and will not accept the charging cord and the USB port quit working. I wrote to the company and nothing. It's not like it was a ton of money but I did expect to at least last a year.
