Be careful of this seller

This isn't about the product but about the seller. I'd be very careful dealing with them. I ordered the plans on Aug 6 and they were supposed to arrive between Aug 14 and 18. I contacted the seller and was told that it looks like they may be in Detroit MI and that if I want more information I should contact the Post Office and that they won't do anything else.
