snug the bolts down using the nylon washers
The mirrors arrived 2 days after being purchased and I installed them right away. It came with extra bolts and washers. I used the nylon washers instead of the rubber ones and was able to tighten the bolts up pretty well. They stay in place driving down the highway at 60 mph. The mirrors do vibrate but minimally given the stiff suspension of a Jeep. Just make sure you snug the bolts down and you shouldn't have to worry about the mirrors moving while driving down the highway. Very happy with quality and the price.

Good mirrors for the money and hold great!
Easy to install and works great! Brackets give mirrors excellent support and it even held them in place at 80mph!! That is only done by just using a nut and flat washer on top and a Ny-lock nut and flat washer on bottom and making them really tight! I got the same results using the supplied lock washers (metal) and nuts supplied (with nylon metal nut on the bottom of hinge). Don’t use the cheap rubber washers as they won’t hold them. My only complaint is that these mirrors are not as wide angle as the original side mirrors, or even close. In fact they don’t seem wide angle at all. But for the money they help and the brackets are great! Thank you!

Flimsy
Flimsy wiggles all over, hard to see out of from all vibrations. If you need cheap mirrors to get by with, then these will work. Just don't expect anything great

Perfect fit for 2020 Gladiator
They get the job done. I was worried about some of the reviews that mentioned them moving while on the go or not staying in their place. Yes, they feel shaaaaaaaaky and make a whistle while driving, but if you follow the directions and tight them up correctly, they work just fine. I went up to 60 mph and they didn’t move at all. Not sure if they’d hold when driving on the highway but I just wanted to have the option to drive around doorless when doing errands and maybe on some off-road trips and they worked just fine for that. I’d recommend them if looking for a cheap option to make your Jeep street legal but don’t expect to have the same performance as the actual door mirrors. Also, mine came with plenty spare nuts and bolts so didn’t need to get extra hardware either.

Inexpensive solution to the doors being off
I needed to get mirrors when the doors are off my 2000 T.J. This ended up being an economical solution that allows for vision to the rear of the vehicle. Be aware they do bounce around when driving and if you are going over 55 MPH they will fold in due to the wind force. I ended up replacing the rubber washers that come with the system for vinyl washers which allow you to crank down on the bolt for a tight fit. The rubber washers fell apart after the first use when tightening them down.

Nice product
This was Super easy to assemble and install. The only issue that I have encountered with the product is a minor one involving the rubber washers included in the assembly. When we removed the mirrors to put the doors back on, we found that these washer had been severely damaged. It has been a while since I took the mirrors off, but as I recall, at least one set of these washers was against a lock washer. I can likely find some gasket type washers to replace these and will try to put them between standard flat washers. I am not sure, but hope that this will still stabilize the mirrors. Other than that, it is a nice product, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone that asks.

Take your time , they won't move.
I have a 2019 Wrangler S and these were the perfect solution for my door removal to keep my Jeep street legal. I followed all instructions , they are super tight and fit very well I read comments about buying additional parts like washers but these fit fine. I did not go more than 40 pounds of torque since I tested the mirrors at 85 MPH on a Cloudy cold front day with windspeeds of 35 mph opposite direction. Its safe to assume that these withstand 110 MPH. I fear if they are too tight you wont have any play in which if forced can damage the hinge. Now I am no expert , but living the city I like to be proactive than reactive. my buddy has a drive through card wash , so we covered the jeep and ran it through with Brushes , lets , it did not disturb the mirrors. I tested against hitting the back of the mirror with impact of 30MPH Baseball - this is where play is important. It did move but not by much , I just positioned it back - w/o some play you will damage your mirror or your hinge.
