Perfect refreshing tea for spring and summer. Good quality tea always comes in handy for relaxation. I love the smell and flavor by itself but it can be mixed with other herbs or berries. Mixing with gojiberry is always a good combo. Highly recommend these tea for any occasion.

Toasty nutty, and the aroma is consistent with this. It’s a light pleasant taste. Just had the first cup. It gave me a burst of energy. It’s a bit spendy, but not much more than other organic teas. Considering the benefits, it may be worth it. I saw a discrepancy between the website and the product I received. The website says it was grown in Mongolia. The product says Mongolia and USA, Himalayan grain. It was well packaged and arrived fairly quickly. The taste is good. All things considered, I would recommend it and buy it again.

First no leaves but tiny grain particles.Very delicate.Refined.The taste subtle and soothing.I had no desire to add anything too it!

I purchased the loose leaf tea of buckwheat. I was surprised that these look like little nuts that are small round beeries. I boiled water over them in a cup but to my dismay they didnt do anything but to get soft.& settle to bottom of cup. The taste is similar to nuts. They smelled like shredded wheat bisquits that I ate as a child after pouring hot water over them . This tea and the tartary buckwheat was suggested to me by my functional nurse practitioner to help me with high a1 c #;s. The quality and taste I guess are good as they came sealed for freshness. Delivery was a few days over the holiday season. As far as valuable for money not sure as I haven't seen any positive notes in taking this for my health overall. I do not get the state of relaxation that others have mentioned. The texture is neither positive or negative. I was expecting the tiny littleballs to dissipate into tea water after getting hot but they just softened up.

Came today dirty with some orange king of ....wax maybe not only from outside but this substance came also under the lid. Since the package was intake it means that it was packed dirty and no one took care about it. Just put damaged jar inside. Thanks sellers. I don’t know what is this. Have to trow it away since this item is not eligible for return. Thanks again. Update: inner lid was open. So it was not only dirty but also used. No return allowed btw. Thanks amazon to return my money

I didn’t think it had a great test and soothing smells like roasted rice. It has been 10 days since I got it and almost halfway through. I noticed it has helped me to increase my milk supply since I'm a breastfeeding mom. I was taking it before I slept and during the day. Didn’t affect my sleep, cuz no caffeine in it. Differently, get another one. So far I love it.
