Xmate Buzz in-Ear Touch Control True Wireless Bluetooth Headphones (TWS) with Mic - (Black/Green)

First order is open box, earbuds having wax inside it (used /returned product) , and missing charging cable, so placed replacement order. To my surpriae, even replacement order is also open box product. The two accessory earbuds are black instead of green. Fully discharged earbud and charging case. After charging for an hour only right earbud is charged and left main earbud is not getting charged. So given a try for more one hour of charging and somehow left earbud starts blinking, so paired and tested. Sound is loud but muffled, hurting to ears, Right earbud is frequently disconnected from left main earbud curtails the usability of it. May be i got a defective piece. Overall not satisfactory experience .

I received a defective product which was replaced with another item. The replaced one is very good and sound quality is very nice with decent bass. Easily pairing with Bluetooth and power backup is more than 4 hours if you use it with moderate volume.Overall it is very good tws buds in this price range.

Pros. : Nice Build quality... Very Tiny and stylish... Sound quality is overall very good above my expectations in this price range. Cons.: The biggest Cons of this product is ear buds battery life. It drain very fast even in Full Charge. Only 40 minutes backup of earbuds in Full charge. That's why I return this Product 2 times..

I think it's a good deal in this price segment I'l give Bass 8.9 out of 10 Treble 8.9 out of 10 Noise cancellation 9.3 out of 10 Connection 9.6 out of 10 Sound Latency is slightly bad You can use it 3 hours with one single change Earphones fully changed from box in 10 to 12 minutes And the box can change them 4 to 5 times with one 2 hours full charge Its a good deal in this price tag So compact size But delivery is too late No other brands can gave you this kind of quality in this segment

I received the package ontime (thanks for Amazon as I always trust). But the device is defective as right side bud is not working. Then I requested for replacement and I got the new product. This time I found two problems. Box seal is in open condition. That means it is not new. Left bud charger is not working (see the attached image). Immediately I returned the product and asked for refund. Thanks Amazon for their support. So, this product is worst experience for me.

PATHETIC QUALITY AND SERVICE Please don't buy this product Within 6 months of use the touch sensor fell off and the right side won't connect with the left side When I contacted the warranty service they said this is due to misuse of the procuct when in reality I'm a cautious user of gadgets

So here's my review after using it for 1 month. I got them at sale for 1800/- Battery Life - Can use for 3-4 hours without any issue. Charging - Hardly takes 1 hour from 0-100 No button only sensors and works fine for calls while driving. Trust me these are worth. You will get a paper on how to use the sensor. I can play songs, go back, forward, increase and decrease volume. Use Google assistant to make calls.

I purchased this on 31 July and returned it on next day reason is very poor battery backup I always listen on 100 % volume and these buds lasted only for 1 hour 15 mins that too with webseries normal audio forget about heavy music tracks it lasts less than 60 minutes Music and call quality is good no issues Power backup is poor hence returning
