Brilliant clippers for dog grooming

Bought for the sister in law to help her with her pet grooming training, she says it's easy to use the charge last a good length of time , excellent quality.

Great clippers easy to use

NOT AS GOOD AS EXPECTED however do the job

We purchased some Heiniger clippers through Groomers Limited on Amazon which within 1 year became extremely hot and not only difficult to hold but also dangerous for our dogs. On returning them to Groomers Limited, Heiniger told them that they had effectively been overused and not serviced. They were less than 12 months old and so we hadn't had them serviced because they were, in our eyes still new, We returned them expecting either a repair or replacement. Neither were ever offered by either Groomers Ltd or Heiniger , and we were told that we should have had them serviced after 6 months despite the fact that they were purchased brand new ? We operate a 5 day a week Grooming Parlour and the clippers are rarely used on more than 4 dogs a day and after allowing our groomer one months annual leave then the clippers were certainly not overused. We are a Charity and cannot afford to buy new clippers every 12 months and we thought the warranty would cover this. Clearly not so and I am not sure what the warranty does actually cover ? We are very disappointed, as much with both Heinigers and Groomers Limited attitude to us as the customer ,as well as the actual problem with the clippers themselves ? We have never had a problem with their clippers before but certainly won't be using or buying them from either company again !
