They have this molded footbed that fits my high arches perfectly. I get tons of compliments on them. They can turn your feet a little black on the first few wears, as it is raw leather, but considering the style and comfort level I can handle that. Half sizes weren't available, so I ordered a size down ( I am a 7 1/2 and I ordered a 7). They were a little tight at first, but once I wore them in they fit perfectly. I would definitely suggest sizing down if you're a half size. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ They're not the prettiest shoes but oh. my. gosh - the comfort! *by A***M on June 17, 2014* I ordered these shoes because the style is very fashionable at the moment. I've seen these styles at different prices points - some cheap ones and some over $700.00! I decided on the Sam Edelman pair because the brand has never disappointed me but when I opened the box, I almost didn't put them on my feet because they were not very attractive - at all. I'm glad I changed my mind because they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! I swear a choir of angels break out in song with each step I take. (They don't make the annoying sounds that flip-flops make either.) I wore them with my skirt at the office for the rest of the day. I just couldn't take them off. And they actually looked cute with the skirt I was wearing. I'll probably wear them with clothes that are more feminine and/or streamlined. I had been admiring them for months and was hesitant to buy. I'm so glad I did!There was some squeaking on the first wear, but not after my first wear. I wore them for several hours on the first day, and have to admit I got some blisters. But they seem to have softened and I think will only get more and more comfortable with wear. I sized down slightly, and am glad I did.
