The key flips with ease but be careful when you take apart the fob to install your factory keypad. I wasn't sure how many times to spin the key on the spring. Over turning the spring will end up with a kinked spring and make it useless. I was fortunate to have another older fob that I was not using anymore and removed it for parts. Make sure you get the keys cut by a professional. I never had a problem taking the keys to my local hardware but this time it did not work out. I ended up ordering new blanks and now waiting patiently for it to arrive to try again. Unfortunately, the seller does not keep spares. The only faults I found was not having directions on how to spin the key blank on the spring. I also found the chip I had to remove from the Toyota key fob did not fit perfectly in the new fob.
