Hello, I bought two collars recently and when putting the second one on my other cat, the plastic snap popped off and cracked so I can't fix it. What can I do? Liz

How fast does it work?

If you put one on your dog before bed it will be working in the morning. Do I know in mins or hrs (no) I find these are good flea collars. I do switch to zodiac and hartz just to vary the control chemicals.

As far as I know, this is waterproof.

does this collar kill mites ?

This product is a waste of money. I do not believe any over the counter products work for mites, fleas, eggs and tics. I purchase Seresto for fleas, eggs, and tics. Mites are best handled by your vet.
