Can Roland triggers be used with a Yamaha drum module?

Just be sure to confirm that the sensitivity can be adjusted in the module for the input that you're connecting it to in case that ends up being necessary. Yes, an 11' long, 1/4" cable is included with the trigger.

Does it work with roland td3 madule

It should work with any module that is able to receive a trigger 1/4" input. If the unit has trigger inputs, then this kick trigger will work.
