The order was handled perfectly and the cuckoo arrived on time and it was even more beautiful than I expected. I have contacted their help line number and they have answer immediately . They helped us to set up the clock and the cuckoo sound very patiently. I love my clock, it gives the right time, cuckoo sound is very sweet. Appears nice product
There was a manufacturing defect. Two hangings by the side of the pendulum are to be hung from two inside hooks. One of these hooks was missing. Had to open the back cover in full and pasted a small hook with Feviquik to allow the hanging. Otherwise the clock is working perfectly as of now.

Waste clock , never works properly
The clock always slow down eventhough I used Duracell Alkaline battery as recommended , I also tried with different set of batteries but issue persist . useless clock

So cute wall clock with a lovely flying cuchoo bird over the middle top of the clock. This clock is giving hourly alarm with melodious chill watery music and cuchoo bird sounds. This clock needs 4 pencil battery. Happy to get this clock with reasonable price.😘
