Very good product. Very Worth. Easy to use. Easy to installation. Looks very smart.

After use if one year and 2 months this is the condition. I purchased it in november 2023. From feb 2025 it started leaking gas. After three complaints, no resolution till date every 2-3 days the service centre guys call and give excuses. No service in bangalore city i cant image the condition in tier 2 or tier 3 city. I am not sure what is wrong with pigeon, but the customer care support executives are making excuses. They are just saying that rusting is not our problem and it is not covered under warranty. The Service Center people are saying that the rusting happened because we repaired the gas from outside. I don’t know what is the logic behind this, but worst service from pigeon. I do not recommend this product to anyone completely devastated since the last five months, there is no resolution of the complaint and they are not helping at all. in five months, I have Complaint four times and the service person has visited our home around 6 to 7 times. They come click the photos and go and WhatsApp the photos two days later then again two days later, they ask us to send the photos, and this is only that is happening. There is no resolution worst product ever everything is just rusted and breaking down and they are not helping us. They are not accepting that this is a manufacturing fault. They are saying that this is because of us. A gas stove is supposed to be near water. I don’t know how rusting is our problem. I have used ₹800 Surya gas and they are far better than this. they don’t rust even after 15 years, horrible product from pigeon, please, avoid. Update: They denied service completely. This is waste.

I would give minus start the fire goes off when I low the flame for all 3 burner all the time this is happening I have taken it long back howeve just started using I have vdo unable uplode this is really waste of money unable to book technician as we not expected this from you Amazon will make sure I post this everywhere so that people don’t get excited and buy damage stuff
