These are amazing additions to a work out! They are honestly a work out in themselves. Get the handles to go with them and the possibilities are nearly endless! I wrap it around a stair rail and it allows me to do squats, simulate bench press, takes the place of any free weight exercise you could imagine! Seriously a great buy! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good bands, similar or same as Beachbody bands

I purchased the hot pink "30lb" band. So this resistance band is EXACTLY the same as the hot pink Beachbody "15lb" resistance band, if you were wondering. Not sure where the lb rating comes from, or who has it wrong. It's fine, because I bought it to pair with their 3 band handle. To give you a reference for how tight it is....As a pretty fit woman, I could use this one for shoulder flys (a move I would want "light" resistance for.) But might even be too strong for a double shoulder fly, and would have to lessen the tension and do one at a time! (See my video example)
